A Thursday Evening (in October!)
There’s something pretty great about being able to finish a Thursday, head to the beach, and watch the sun go down with your favorite person. Kristin and I took advantage of that recently, and it was a good reminder of one of the reasons we love living here. Around Santa Barbara, the best parts of the week don’t always wait for the weekend.
And while the market continues to change, the reasons people want to live here really haven’t. Whether you’re thinking about making a move, wondering what your home might be worth, or simply curious about what’s happening around town, we’re always happy to be a resource. No agenda—just a conversation if it’s useful.
